These terms and conditions govern your use of the One Question Pro (powered by Kajabi) website, services and community. By using our site and services, you accept these terms in full. 

2. Services 

We provide group coaching, training, online courses and access to our private member community.  The specific details of each service are outlined on our website. 

3. User Responsibilities 

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. 

There is a strict policy on respectful communication within the community. Although we encourage networking and communicating with others in the community, we ask that you refrain from “pitching” or “selling” your products or services within the community posts and shares. 

We have a zero-tolerance policy on harassing, online bullying or shaming others in the community.   

We stand for your First Amendment Rights to opine, share and debate. We request that it is done tastefully and that you put your own name and brand behind it.   

“No hiding behind fake names, brands and your computer—if you say it, stand behind it!” 

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. 

4. Payment

All payments for services must be made in advance. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Kajabi Payments which also include Apple Pay, Google Pay.

5. Cancellation and Termination

This is a one-time upfront payment offer. Refunds may be requested, in writing, within the first 30-days of purchasing One Question Pro if your satisfaction is not met.

We reserve the right to terminate your account for any violation of these terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including videos, articles, and digital products, is the property of One Question, L.L.C. and Michael J. Lindstrom and is protected by U.S copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

Refund Policy

At One Question, L.L.C. we provide high-quality custom courses and digital content. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Here is our refund policy:

1. Courses and Services

100% satisfaction guaranteed. These courses are intended and designed to support and accelerate you on your path. Attend the course. Have the experience. Discover the community.

You can request a full refund until 12:00 midnight (PTS) within the 30-days of the date and time you initially purchased One Question Pro. Please make your request in writing to [email protected]. Allow 10-days for the actual transaction and funds to be returned.

2. One-on-One Ad Hoc Coaching

One-on-one coaching is available upon request once foundational courses are completed. These are designed for the VIP Community to be reasonable check-ins, reviews, goal and business planning and periodic strategy sessions with the One Question Pro team. The foundational courses are typically a minimum of one (1) lesson per module within the One Question Pro platform.

3. Digital Products

All digital products, including eBooks, online courses, and downloadable materials, are copyrighted and require a request in writing if you want to use them outside of our platform. It is recommended that you download them to your own devices to avoid issues with future access to the Kajabi platform. Also, it is required that you maintain their current branding and assigned copyrights.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

Member Subscriptions: there are no monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions to be an ongoing member of the One Question Pro VIP Community. As a member in good standing, you will have “first-look access” to all products to be sold in the public domain. In addition to member’s first look, you shall receive a 20% discount for said public products.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe you have a valid reason for a refund.
