Mike Lindstrom, J.D

Author, Performance Consultant and Executive Coach

Mike graduated from the University of California, San Diego (U.C.S.D.) and subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from California Western School of Law in San Diego. He immediately became a Corporate Consultant for International Author and Speaker, Tony Robbins. Under the tutelage of Robbins, Mike helped build Tony’s original Executive Coach Company (“Robbins Results Partnership”) in 2000 before venturing out on his own. Mike has trained and coached companies like Aflac, Lincoln Financial Group, RE/MAX International, AutoNation, Northwestern Mutual, HUB International, Gallagher, and Equitable.

Over his 25-year career, he has delivered over 3,200 corporate speaking and training events as a keynote speaker, corporate consultant, and virtual trainer. Mike’s work with individuals, like executives, leaders, top performing sales professionals, celebrities, professional athletes and even teenagers. Mike is also a Certified Vistage Speaker and facilitates leadership and executive team events around the United States and Canada.

Outside of his work, Mike teamed with the non-profit Ambassadors of Compassion in 2015 alongside the Founders Dave and Eric Hannah, and Arizona Philanthropist, Jerry Colangelo, to be the Director of Arizona in their mission of helping kids and teens develop strong resiliency skills. They have impacted over 100,000 kids’ lives in over 40 states.

Most recently, Mike has launched his cutting edge online coaching and training platform/community titled One Question Pro. The platform and its many features empower Mike and his clients to take advantage of “the latest and greatest” in personal and professional development.

Based on his second book titled, What’s Your Story: Discover the Man Behind Your Dad, Mike is teaming with LinkedIn Influencer and start-up guru, Scott Leese, to launch their podcast in the Fall of 2025. They will be capitalizing on Mike’s strong media presence with outlets like NBC News, Fox News, ABC, Inside Edition, the Howard Stern Show and many other radio stations, print publications and podcasts. Mike lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife and their two sons.
